Who is Innovative Toll Solutions?
We are a 3rd party Toll Management Solution provider for fleets. We offer a one-stop shop for compliance and coverage nationwide for all fleet sizes.
How many Toll Roads do we cover?
We cover all toll roads nationwide and provide toll transponders/stickers for coverage. Once a fleet is set up on our platform, they will have all their tolls covered nationwide.
Does Innovative Toll Solution help with mailed Toll invoices and violations?
Yes! We can help new and existing clients with reconciliation of the mailed toll violations that they may have at their location and/or various other locations. We are also able to reach out directly to the Toll agencies on behalf of the fleet and get ALL the missed outstanding toll violations not captured.
Can I work with Innovative Toll Solution while still keeping our fleet admin person/team?
Yes! We never intend to replace or render obsolete any existing fleet admin team(s) that your fleet might already have. We are here to partner and form a strategic alliance that will help your fleet better manage the tolls.
Am I restricted on the number of Toll Transponders/Stickers that I can get for my fleet?
Absolutely Not! We strive to make sure that all our clients’ fleet needs are met and if that means providing additional Toll Transponders, we will do it at no extra cost.
Do I get help and assistance managing my fleet?
Yes! We will provide access to our online platform which is self-managed. However, we do have client success team members who work to ensure your fleet is properly handled and managed.
Does Innovative Toll Solution help with collection fees and late fees?
Yes! We have very great business relationships with the collection agencies and they are able to work with us towards amicable resolution of outstanding tolls. We also work with the toll agencies towards the same.
